Gabriel Tyron Ansley, known professionally as Solo The Messenger, is a recording artist,

label founder, and entrepreneur whose life story reflects both struggle and triumph. Born in

Monroe, Georgia in the 1980s, Solo came of age during the height of the crack era,

navigating racial hardships, street life, and early incarceration. Despite these challenges, he

discovered music as a teenager, writing his first hit at 16 and opening his first studio at 18.

His early experiences shaped a voice that carries raw honesty, street wisdom, and

resilience.

Over the years, Solo The Messenger built a legacy as both a creator and a businessman. He

founded Exodus Klan in 2007, growing its YouTube presence to over 105,000 subscribers

and achieving more than 60 million views on a single release. Beyond music, he built one of

the region’s top contracting companies, launched a property management business, and

became a minister in 2018. In 2021, he co-founded DOPE SCALE, a live music review

platform that has since evolved into a full record label, dedicated to discovering and

empowering artists worldwide.
